How employers contribute to high level of absenteeism by employees

This May be due to the following:

High level of Harassment by the employer

Verbal abuse by employers that might disturb ones mental health

Excessive work load by the boss and giving employees jobs that is out of their job description

1. Low morale and employee engagement
2. Lack of appreciation and direction by the manager
3. Too much discipline or not enough can both result in absenteeism.
4. Workplace burnout. Overwhelming workload may create unwanted pressure on employees
5. Conflict amongst employees

There's no way I would be interested in working in any business that's got no regard for me except if they are paying 5x better what any other would pay.

This is something that will make it almost impossible for workers to contribute effectively to the running of any business which is not something that is good at all for the business. It makes businesses unmanageable.

I personally cannot work in an office where there is no electricity. How would you expect me to leave my house with light and come to your workplace with no light and before I go, all my devices are off.

This is my reason why I quit my former job and decided to work at home. I can be more productive in my comfort zone and do not need to worry about dealing with incompetent bosses and colleagues.

When something like this started happening in any company then it becomes clear that management is doing something extremely wrong. If they want to run company further then they have to overcome their loss generating behavior
