I don't won a business. I am a freelancer working on translation, I'm happy that my clients are quite loyal. I've worked with many of them for a long time. They sometimes even refer new clients to me.

I was able to achieve this in my mum's shop so I think I am very good at it.

I would say that it is about 80%. I don't have a problem retaining customers. That's because I strive to make sure that all products I offer are of the highest quality. With that alone, you have done more than half of the work in customer retention.

Due to the nature of my business, it is difficult to measure. I don't have customers specifically, what I have is daily buyers which use to be different peoples. My business is located at very busy junction and I have no time to recognize a particular face. Sometimes, ichave to stand up for hours attaining to buyers especially children.

It should be encouraging due to the customer rate. It needs to be located where the feeds are on high demand. to reduce the cost of transport from your customers

My customer retention rate is pretty high. Most of my customers are repeat customers. Most of the people that patronize me now have been patronizing me constantly for the past 1 year.

For me, I always make use of feedback strategy to keep in contact with all my customers and try as much as possible to return them for a long time in my business.
