In my place there is water flooding situation even if it rains for an hour and it's all because of poor drainage system.

The drainage systems in my location is very poor. There is constantly floodings in my location due to the poor drainage systems and infrastructure in the whole area. This is disgusting I must say.

In my countryside, some of drainage systems are not that good. I might say that it is mostly common to have flooding in big cities in lowland areas.
