How Long Can You Hold Your Investment?

Do you know how you can make money as an investor? Well, it is your ability to hold your position for a longer duration, especially until the bear market passes away, that determines your profitability as an investor. If you cannot hold your investment for a longer duration and you end up selling your assets during the bearish market, you will make losses. I like to recall Warren Buffet's advice. He says invest with an assumption that the market will close tomorrow, and not expect quick returns from your investments.

For me l have learned that when you hold your investment for a very longer time you are likely going to get more appealing return on investments or profits for sure.

Same is happening nowadays, as market is going down and down. It becomes much more difficult to hold the investment. So many times I thought to sell my BSV and SEI which I had purchased on higher price. But thanks for your this thread, I will hold it further.

I invested 120 euros last year in November. I consider that money lost. I hope it will not happend but I don't depend on it. I think in November this year I will start getting some profit back.
