How long should a business run before having a brach

Most big companies today have branches in different places within a state and some even have outside the state and even outside the country in general. When it comes to how long it should take before starting up branches for your business, I believe it totally depends on the business owner. It mainly depends on if you have the mental and financial capacity to manage and run these businesses. Once your business has grown to the point where it can function perfectly well even without your presence, then you can focus on having other branches.

It all depends on you. If you sense your business is already booming and known, there is no reason why not to expand. But check your capital, how much do you have in the bank that could suffice additional branch?
