How many different customers are making Paypal payment every month?

In some countries, powerful officials falsely accuse citizens that the paypal income is gift from their relative. So I would like to ask members how many different customers are making Paypal payment to them every month? Is referralindex the main source of income or are there other customers who pay?

I mostly send my PayPal money to my niece as gift 4 times already and there were no problems. I also have not heard about our country's official interference with people's income sent thru PayPal. I receive payment from RIF and Mylot. I have an active job and we're paid thru its affiliated bank.

In India, citizens are only allowed to receive paypal payment for services or products which they sell, and the amount is automatically withdrawn to their indian bank account, they cannot gift it.

When you Google for the required data of Paypal users, there are about 429million users, so I think if those are active, that maybe too the exact number of Paypal customers in a month.

Paypal as not working in all countries, the exact reason I don't know but one more thing regarding paypal is why some good sites give only paypal payment option this restriction effect on their site's overall performance.

There are countries PayPal does not approve. I do not have any idea why PP refused to include some countries. I am glad my country is approved by PP.
