I think if someone has a bizzy schedule at work they only have time for posting in forums when they get home. Some have some free time at work so I guess that's when they post on forums. But all in all its not a lot of time.

I work 8 hours everyday, excluding weekends, but I achieve more during the week than weekends.

I am glad you had to change that due to health reasons because it does not make sense to be working or straining your eyes on the system or your phone all the time
