How Many Images Do You Use on Your Web Pages?

I always have a featured image for my webpage. Depending on the content type, and content length, I use 3-5 images in my images. For a tutorial article, I try to use multiple images, if the article needs some graphical explanations, I use images. However, for a normal blog post, I try to stay away from using multiple images. Having too many images can increase your web page load time.

Yes, having too many images can increase one's web page load time. I don't like sites that loads slowly I don't have the patience for such. So less images the better for me.
