How many times do you eat in a day.

Sincerely speaking l would like to eat like three times in a day but l couldn't because l lack the time at times.

I eat three meals a day - breakfast, lunch and dinner. I eat a handful of walnuts or almonds as snacks in the afternoon. Before going to bed, I drink a glass of warm milk.

Twice daily now I'm trying to lose weight so I'm limiting my calories now. So less times of eating for me.
