Private universities businesses are nice businesses that can yield massive income but one ought to know that this business is a long term investment and it takes like 2 to 5 years to see profit

In my location, most of the universities get fundings from the government. It's not easy to start a private university. I would say you need a lot of money, millions of dollars.

This is a good move in Croatia. That means one can start a university with just a building and lots of servers. That would make a lot of people invest in the industry and the cost of university education to he cheaper.
It don't have to be good every time. Most of these university don't have quality. They don't even have class, just give to easy exam and every body who paid can get diploma.
In my country starting a private university is requires very large amount of capital. This is because a private university requires a large space, infrastructure alot of tools and equipment among other requirements. I think $10 million can be enough for the start.

You can actually start small by opening a single field college. Say something like College of Petroleum Technology. Then you metamorphose into a polytechnic and then you grow into a full fledged university.
Starting a private university may cost you a lot. Some people invest millions of rupees and they may also need to get the institute registered by the government and central university as well.
I believe that this actually depends on the capacity that you want the university to operate because there are some universities that 5 million cannot even scratch the surface of setting anything up.
