How much interest do you get in your saving accounts?

Do you have money in saving accounts? How much interest do you get in your saving account. I have normal saving accounts as well as fixed deposit saving accounts. On my normal saving accounts, I get 4 percent interest and on foxed deposit account I get 7 percent interest.

Banks in my country don't give interest on savings accounts, so even though I have several different bank accounts, it's just for convenience of transactions or sending and receiving money.

Same as you as here in India the rates have been dwindling over the years. I do have some cumulative bank deposits where the old interest rate continues.

I also have a 6 month term deposit, but the interest is very small, and I only use it as an emergency reserve fund.

I am not certain, but I believe it was less than 3%. However, if you plan on opening a time deposit, the interest rate would be 4.5%.

I have some funds in fixed deposit. The bank pays me an interest of just 3%. If it was my personal funds, would have taken it out long time ago with that outrageous interest rates.

In my country we hardly get any interests on our savings. Banks charge transaction fees on the savings.

I can say that l don't earn any interests on my normal savings account because in my country saving accounts don't earn interests.

My high yield savings account has an interest rate a little bit more than 4% currently.

Mostly banks pay a very low interest now which is around 3-4 % only and you can earn around 6-7% for a fixed deposit

I think it's not even 4% on savings and if you go for multiple FDs then you need to pay for the TDS too so there is nothing that can help us earn easily

I do not know for sure the particular amount of interest i get in my savings account. It actually depends on the amount of money in my savings account at that particular time.

FD Interest rates are not bad but on savings bank account these are so low so even if you don't withdraw many times in a month they still pay around 3-4 %
