How Much Interest Do You Pay For Your Home Loan

I do not have a home loan, however, in our country, the base interest rate for home loan is around 11 percent. The base interest rate means the minimum interest. Some banks charge upto 15 percent.

For me l have never taken any mortgage for that matter. I am however saving for my dream home.

In my country, if we take out a mortgage loan, each bank will determine a different interest rate, but between 7% and 10% for a period of 10 years.

I've never had a mortgage either, and it's good to hear that others are saving up for their dream homes. The interest rates in our countries do vary greatly, don't they? I'm hoping to own a home one day, but for now, I'm just taking it one step at a time.

I do not have a home loan also and i really do not know how much the banks charge for a home loan. I have never made inquiries about it.

I haven't took any home loan but when the last time I checked about the rates it was from 12 to 15% or something like that

I did not purchase or build my home through a loan. I built it through cash in millions.

I live with my family and my family owns a house. This is why we do not need to pay any kind of interest at all, which is a really great thing.

I think its 15% or something like that but I have never went for any home loan but will see if I need to get one

I mostly borrowed more from my bank and it is always a 3% discount which to me is no big deal at all

Thankfully I was not required to borrow and will only borrow when I can't arrange from internal sources or to start my business
