How much it cost to start a pickle business?

Eating pickles in our country is very common and one can take it as a business. My mother-in-law makes a variety of pickles at home and she makes tasty pickles of mango, lemon, radish, cauliflower and many more.

She wants something to keep her engaged and earn some money so she wants to start this business.
