How often do you drink water?

Water is know to be extremely heathy and good for the body, doctors and health specialist have adviced we take water on a regular basis, in most cases it should be the first thing we take in the morning, how often do you drink water? Personally i funny that drinking water becomes a difficult task for myself and probably others as well. How often do you drink water?

I've been applying to drink a lot more water than before. If in the past I could only spend 1.5 liters per day, now I am used to spending 2.5 - 3 liters per day.

In most cases I drink water during meals and after meals too, and also anytime during the day I feel thirsty.

Unfortunately because of carbonated drinks like Coca Cola, Fanta or beer I don't drink water as before. Also I don't make soup often as before. I got my belly back.
