Sleep is very important for our healthy. Quality sleep even more. You can't sleep if you don't have good pillow. Many people to rare replace pillow. Bad pillow can cause problems with neck and it will cause much more problems. You will not be rest, mood will be bad.
I change my pillow every 6 months. I don't buy expensive so I can change it.

I don't buy these often and these are good for me but yes Ideally we need to change it after some time as we need comfy ones so we can sleep peacefully without any neck pain related issues.

It is good for one to be sleep conscious. we need to pay special attention to our bed materials, starting from bed, mattress, bedsheet and pillow. one need to replace any shrink pillow.
