Poor sleeping habits is not good in business operations. It is bad habits. This is a situation worker with bad sleeping habits would be drowsy at work and this is not safe enough especially where the worker is operating machinery.

It is medically advised that we should endeavor to have good sleeping habit. We should have Atleast 7 hours sleeping in the night. This would enable us to be soberly in the following morning and keeps us active while at work without feeling drowsy and dull.
Bad sleeping habits makes the victims to lose focus at work. He is inactive. If it were worker, he should not be allowed to operate machines.
