Now I see governments spend so much money on tourism activities. Like my state in Nigeria, the state government hosts one of the biggest carnivals in the world for 30 days every December.

They spend huge amounts of money on it. Is it true that they make those amounts back with a profit? Let's discuss

Tourism is a very profitable business, but tourism can not successful business if there is no security. Nigeria as a country is a verge of collapse due to insecurity and all form of conflicts.
