It has been a practice that every company will show the contract before the signing of it by the new employee. For the sake of doing it again, I am sure he or she will be able to know what he or she signed in relation to the company's policies.

At some point, if they keep on doing it. I do agree to tell them again why they are violating certain rules in the company. If they keep on doing it, then they will really receive sanctions that are embedded in the company's rules.

I agree. There are times that higher-ups are out of the line. They tend to ask their subordinated that are not included in their contract of agreement.
