How successful have you been using Upwork?

These days I am not active on Upwork, I have not bid on any jobs since a long time. However, back in 2015-2019 I was very active and I was making about $100 per month.

For me I have never been successful in the Upwork. The reason behind this being I have no skillset on the most marketable tasks on there. Only the skilled make good money from the Upwork.

A lot of people also have this same story as yours and I used to say this before but it got better when I had someone who was giving me some kind of training on how I will work on that platform

This is why I always advise people to learn also have a mentor who will teach them everything they need to know because there are some kind of business is that you cannot do without the help of a mentor

It's good to have a mentor but I think one has to pay some amount which is not sure if can be recovered or not through work tasks.

Although i have heard a lot about upwork, i have never visited the site. I guess it is due to my lack of interest in anything that has to do with freelancing.
