I think that a person could possibly become creative if he trains himself and tried to focus a lot on his career and try to think about many ideas that may help him. Eventually, such person would come up with an idea that could work.
Creativity actually involves critical thinking and that is what is needed in solving a problem, this creativity skill could be innate and could also be built in a person and that could be done by taking out time to solve little problem around you .
You have a point there though, creativity usually comes with passion, meaning if you have a passion for something, you would want the best out of it, this would make you put in more effort to try get the best results.
I am of the view that the concept of nurture is more influential than that of nature. The implication is that, provided that she is diligent, a person who does not have intrinsic creativity can learn how to be creative, thus applying such attributes to her passive income generation activities.
