Good communication skills Is very important in team work. Inability to communicate between staffs use to make trust to weak and impossible. Food communication build trust among partners. With quality communication there may be misunderstanding which will bring lack of trust.

I do think that open-communication is the best way for the companies to impose. In this way, miscommunication will be prevented and they can work swimmingly. If there are some disagreements, they cannot be so productive for being stressed out.
