How to deal with a disrespectful Boss

Probably, if you're not comfortable working under someone it is better you will find another job. Most of them will actually not change.

Most people undergoing this kind of thing tends to stay with that boss because of how hard it is now to get a job. Getting a job need connection now which the person may not have

The Truth of the matter is that you cant really do anything to him, after all he is your boss. The highest you might be able to do is politely say your mind about how he treats you or simply quit.

Seriously, the best way to deal with such a boss would be to mind your business, do your work every day and go home in peace.

I quite agree, maintaining quietness is very important and necessary especially when your boss is someone who is disrespectful. You can also decide to leave the business venture.

For me when it comes with dealing with the disrespectful bosses I would just keep up with them and for the time being in need of urgent money but I would preparing myself for a quit
