The truth is that you try to be as courteous as possible to every customer but ignore those bad ones. Let them go and spoil your name, those that know your reputation would still patronize you.
You have a point though, this is why it is extremely important as a business owner to always be honest. Cause if you run your business honestly, no matter how others come and talk bad about your business, it would be hard for people to believe cause they know you have always been honest.

Very true. When you are transparent, you won't be scared of what people would be saying about you and your business. They would know that you have had a track record of doing the right thing and won't join the naysayers.

Yes, you're right, we can let go of difficult customers. It's just that sometimes they don't want to let go but still make it difficult for us, that is, they keep forcing us to follow their will. This is very annoying.
Exactly. It's better to let them go because they will use their issues to mess up other sales you would have made.

Yes, that's what I do, I have absolutely nothing to lose by losing toxic customers. Because they usually interfere with the smooth operation of the company's operations. They will always try to create problems that confuse us.

When I exhaust all possible strategies to warm up to those kind of customers and they are still adamant, I would tell them to try patronizing the next person. Toxicity is not good for mental health.
