Though no one plans for this, but mistakes are bound to happen sometimes. You simply need to be calm when dealing with the customers, cause they we definitely be angry or upset.

A product that is wrongly delivered is a disaster if not given attention right away by the product owner. The mistake falls to the worker who might have broken an item without replacement before the shipment.

There were incidents like an order delivered wrong, with damages or lacking items, and the customer requested a replacement which was replaced right away. As long as the customers show the receipt as proof.
