Wow. Never heard of this before. I think, I am only assuming. They want to buy the account because they can sell the contacts in return to businesses. I heard there is what we call lead gen. They get the leads to those accounts.

I remember on FC before, the mod will tag it closed because of similar threads or duplicate topic. The site will look spammy because of unnecessary questions.
