In some countries, greedy cheater powerful top government employees do not want to purchase domains legally and pay domain renewal fees of $4000+ every year, yet are falsely claiming to own the domains of private citizens who they hate to get their relatives and friends monthly government salaries for faking domain ownership. The government refuses to listen to any complaints against its greedy liar fraud top employees openly involved in domain ownership, financial fraud since 2010.
What can the real domain investor do to end the government domain ownership financial fraud on some citizens?

I do not know about the kind of fraud the OP is talking about. In our county, we can get a free country domain if you claim it on our own name.
