This is a good idea. But read it somewhere that if there are too many backlinks, it might affect the ranking of the website

I did not know this. I am sure it is best to have a lot subscribers or followers.

Yes that is true. Having lots of subscribers will help the blog earn well.

If you can create a Facebook group where you share value with your customers, that would endear them to you. It will take a lot of time though, so at least six months before you start seeing results.

I have read about posting long comments bringing more traffic I think that's correct and getting people to comment too.

Yes, longer article with good seo would make your blog rank high in Google search. Also, you can promote your blog link through back link generated through guest post on other blogs.

Don't you think you should apply for a new one than wanting to renew which I doubt it might work.
