This is trying to compare the different products in the market. it is good to have a quality product to easily lure customers.

I don't understand the thread but I think that some people use a strategy to lure people to buy your product and by giving bad comments of other people's product.

I think it is possible if the information is not real. Perhaps the company can file a formal case called defamation and the others associated to it.

I always say that those businesses should be ignited. They are not worth taking to mind. It's petty businesses that do that.

If it's a serious issue, i would advice you take legal actions about it. Or you could simply discuss with them in a mature manner, but having a discussion with them would definitely not be enough.
