How to handle employees who handle their work badly

A business owner might be honest and hardworking but it does not mean does who work under them are the same. Over time I have seen employees act badly in the absence of the business owners, some even go as far as doing their own things like changing the quality of services and so on. How do you think this issue should be addressed?

Politely tell them to do their work nicely and show them practically as what is required by them and show them how they can do it. But if they not adopt it and repeat their mistakes then it's better to complain higher management because there we remain for the growth of company.

Those employees who do their work badly need to be reprimanded and let them sign a waiver if they won't change their attitudes. They can exit from the company or office at any time.

First of all find out why your staff is not doing good work, if the staff is being lazy, just fire him, however, if the staff does not have required skill, replace him with efficient one.

It is better that way to fire the lazy employees who do not have skills and if the reason is they do not have skills, better place them. Scrutinizing the applicants during the hiring process is also a must to avoid the problem of employee laziness.
