There's always an authority in almost all countries that cases must be reported to, it's to find out the office and do the report

You take it to court. Or you put the organization through social media trial. When they call out the organization and it goes viral, they would be forced to save face and call you for settlement.

I agree with you. In every country, they do follow standard rules on how to terminate employees in certain companies. It needs to have all the basis for doing so. If it is proven illegal, then they can be questioned by the officials that are in-charge for labor issues or concerns.

Usually management people in my country is very strong so if I feel that there is a much more wrong things happening in my organisation, then I do feel that I cannot fight with them and better to quit that job and take another one.

How would you report it? Who do you know? You know in our country, all this labour laws don't work. You just take your fate and look for another job.
