it does differs from country to country that's why I wanted to find out how it is done in each country.

You take it to court. Or you put the organization through social media trial. When they call out the organization and it goes viral, they would be forced to save face and call you for settlement.

Yes those that are in the place of authority should know about it in case they are not aware. We don't have to sweep everything under the carpet which doesn't help

I agree with you. In every country, they do follow standard rules on how to terminate employees in certain companies. It needs to have all the basis for doing so. If it is proven illegal, then they can be questioned by the officials that are in-charge for labor issues or concerns.

Usually management people in my country is very strong so if I feel that there is a much more wrong things happening in my organisation, then I do feel that I cannot fight with them and better to quit that job and take another one.

You can only take serious action if you are in a country where the law is being practiced. In places like my country, it might be near impossible to actually do anything that would make a change.
