It is a very tricky question. Being business owners we should evaluate a job and should see what responsibilities can be added or removed at a designation. It is observed here in most organisations that an employee is given lots of work load and then is poorly evaluated annually if he/she is not able to do his/her tasks professionally. So there should be someone who should monitor it within the organisation.

Yes, I totally agree with you. One example is a friend of mine who works as a security guard at a company, he says he works 24 hours a day, he is only given a maximum of 1 hour of sleep, even though he has a lot of friends, I think it is better to create a shift system so that they work alternately so that employees get time Adequate rest and good health certainly have a good effect on employee performance.
