This is very true that you have to come to terms with the fact that if you have little capital then it is best to work in m, most of the departments of your business on your own. What has kept me motivated when my team cannot come through is the side hustle ventures that I do. The little I earn keeps me happy because I know no matter what i cannot go down entirely.

Conglomerate is a big company and if you do not have enough capital, it will be hugely onerous to create a conglomerate. You would rather go for a small business that you can manage solely.
