Yeah but it is still better to pay the price and have the business progressing than retrogressing with a bad location.
Can you imagine the price you need to pay to even rent a shop in the prime location?

I understand your point but you know in. business you use money to get more money if you understand what I mean. Good location comes with expending more money but you gain more from high sales too
I don't consider spending so much just to start with it. If it's a big company then it's understandable otherwise it's not worth it.
