One way to enter a customer's heart is just to be nice. When you are nice with customers, you warm your way into their hearts. Also, try as much as you can to be truthful with them.

You are right I agree with you advertisements alone will not cut it, you can't drive sales with low value oroducts. The values of your products must worth it to help keep customer's satisfied

You are right. We need to consider that having a business cannot make clients stay. For the reason that competitors are also doing things to be known by the consumers. But then, we still need to find ways to be more competitive than them.
