If people love the leadership, they would easily work together to make the leadership succeed. If they don't, the company would be in rancor. That's why leadership has to try and win the hearts of employees.

But there is what we call divide and rule. This is a situation where a boss creates control by constantly making the staff to be in disunity. When they are not united, he can control them cos they are stronger when United.

I have seen bosses trying to create divide but this ultimately is bad for the company as they keep fighting with each other and don't support them

In some cases, it is what the boss needs to control the business. My own boss would have loved it. But we know better and are always united.

The best way to make your workers work as a unified team is to make sure everyone understands each other, and can actually relate with each other. In this way the workers would be willing to relate with one another.

Teamwork is important. How can we make this happen? Hmmm. Though, this is not an overnight process, we should all cooperate. Open communication is important.

Currently, most of us work remotely from home. And 20%, maybe that percentage works in the office. I have a team that almost all members does not reply to chats. And I was told by my teammate that I am too noisy. I type a lot maybe that's the reason he called me noisy. This example, made me feel that not all my teammates like me.

I only chat if I need answer or help. So my team, we will have difficult time to bond.

You need unity then you should create an atmosphere for it in the the organization. Let everyone unite and work together and the teamwork would come naturally.to the organisation

I believe that one of the best ways for you to make all of your employees to work together as a team is if you have some sort of division of labour strategy when it comes to delegating work to all of them.

I believe that the company culture and how it is communicated to employees is very important for this, offering good bonuses and having a good manager who knows how to create a healthy and cooperative work environment is also a point to take into account.

Employees can work in teams, when one another can replace one another's position to do something urgent if one worker is not at work. So good communication and arrangements are needed by the manager or company owner, so that the company's operations continue to run optimally even though there are those who do not come to work.
