How to make employees work like a TEAM?

Good point but how to make them realize that they need to work and help and support each other.
Create an atmosphere of unity in the organization. Let piece trickle down from the top and the teamwork would come naturally.
If people love the leadership, they would easily work together to make the leadership succeed. If they don't, the company would be in rancor. That's why leadership has to try and win the hearts of employees.
But there is what we call divide and rule. This is a situation where a boss creates control by constantly making the staff to be in disunity. When they are not united, he can control them cos they are stronger when United.
In some cases, it is what the boss needs to control the business. My own boss would have loved it. But we know better and are always united.
One way to make it happen is to promote an environment of cooperation and collaboration between teams. This can be done by encouraging collaboration, building trust, providing meaningful feedback, and rewarding teamwork. Additionally, providing access to resources and tools that help teams work together efficiently can also help foster a sense of collaboration. Finally, having clear goals in place for each team and setting the expectations for collaboration will help ensure that teams are working towards a common goal.
Teamwork is important. How can we make this happen? Hmmm. Though, this is not an overnight process, we should all cooperate. Open communication is important.
Currently, most of us work remotely from home. And 20%, maybe that percentage works in the office. I have a team that almost all members does not reply to chats. And I was told by my teammate that I am too noisy. I type a lot maybe that's the reason he called me noisy. This example, made me feel that not all my teammates like me.
I only chat if I need answer or help. So my team, we will have difficult time to bond.
This is true. All workers should be treated equally. Only in this way, they will work as a team.
I believe that one of the best ways for you to make all of your employees to work together as a team is if you have some sort of division of labour strategy when it comes to delegating work to all of them.
I believe that the company culture and how it is communicated to employees is very important for this, offering good bonuses and having a good manager who knows how to create a healthy and cooperative work environment is also a point to take into account.
Employees can work in teams, when one another can replace one another's position to do something urgent if one worker is not at work. So good communication and arrangements are needed by the manager or company owner, so that the company's operations continue to run optimally even though there are those who do not come to work.
