It is completely out of place not to plan your time as a freelancer. Time management is of great importance, no matter what I do I create time for friends and family and also time to rest. You can't do without these three entities

Setting yourself a routine and sticking to that routine daily should help you get work done, even setting goals of things you want to achieve such as completing a job can also help a lot as well.

I would always ensure that you take one or two days out a week to have time for yourself, if you do not do this, burn out will creep up.
