What I have heard and observed from posts on different websites that we can monetize any Social networking website and can start making money from it and that's why I would like to know how to monetize twitter and how to start making money from it?

Yes that's true, but these days there are people who usually buy followers. So most of them you see today are not organic followers but rather they bought them for one platform or the other.
