Unfortunately I know that this has always happened and unfortunately not only in the workplace. Well, Italy where I live, unfortunately, is certainly not exempt from this problem especially nowadays more than ever with the arrival here of migrants from countries such as: Africa, Ukraine, Bangladesh, Pakistan, and many others. me should address this problem of discrimination in the first place should be National governments. But the Government itself does not seem to carry out this task at all!

I am grateful that have never experienced discrimination in my workplace. Should that happen to me, I may report the situation to the Human Resources Department. If no improvement, I quit.

As the business manager, one should be a team leader that means they should be in a position to unite all the walks of life to fulfill the demands of the company.

For me, I would resign from a workplace that I am being discriminated against. It would damage my mental health and sanity.
