Yeah it is always good to get experienced hsnds. I think this is why a lot of employers need experienced hands all the time.
This is why you will see some people or some companies that want to hire people but they will tell you that you need to have an experience before they hire you

Because they know experience is very important. You would do less of teaching when a worker is an experienced one.

You can only get the best hands of you yourself have the best hands, criterion need for a particular post shouldn't be based on educational qualifications alone , experience matters but not all applicants will have it, Some might just be a newly graduated student whose potentials have not been fully unlocked. New staffs should be placed on probation for at least a month to see if they really fit and also give them some experience in place of none.

Setting up a business requires a lot of time and money so it will not be good to just employ someone who does not know anything about it
Sure, unless you are ready to train and retrain them. but if not then it is good to employ experienced people to run the business

That's a very good advise. The owner should be the one to scrutinise to avoid blame and shortcomings.

Lol, so that when anything go wrong the owner pour the blame on his or herself. You know humsns don't like to be accountable for their actions
The reason might be the pay for the HR. My friend an HR told me that transaction like that, they're paid triple from their original salary. Maybe its risky.

That's the right thing to do for the hands that are not experienced. This will give them the skills that they need to work
