Truth be told computer centers no longer make money like they use to in the past, this is due to the fact that a lot of persons now have access to the internet either with their smart phones or personal computers. I think one way to retain customers is by also setting up a wifi spot where people can bring their laptops and smart phones, charge and browse the internet. Though this wont be free but it should be cheap.

No one likes to wait for a long. I always used to avoid crowded computer centres when I had no smartphone.

Computer center business is dwindling in Nigeria. Gone were the days internet services was rendered in computer centers. But ever since internet services could be accessed on mobile, people don't patronize computer centers for online business again.

You're absolutely correct people dislike entering back a computer if poorly managed like no fans, if its6a hot day or no chairs to sit while waiting and very slow.

A peaceful environment with good decor certainly will bring back the customers to the computer centre again. We had a computer center which used to be very crowded which I always used to avoid to go.
