Employers should let their employees feels that they are valued whenever an employee/s show extraordinary skills, they should also recognize their effort and if possible, reward them with some incentives, and that I think how employee will retain.

You are right. There are some companies who pay their employees late. For example, some online tutorial companies pay their virtual teachers ranging from 5 to 10 days delay. It is a sad thing but it does happen.
