Yes no one can be competent enough they still need a bit of training and learning so the manager can help them get the needed training that they need to succeed

You said it right. Unfortunately, some companies are not into giving trainings to their employees. If they cannot cope up with the expectations, they will surely be terminated without a doubt.

It is very important that deliverables are met by employees and also that room for improvement is created, this is what will help the company to continue to score exceptionally in various fields. Yes, that's right, I agree with you. Conducting training is indeed quite effective in strengthening employee competence. If after conducting training they do not improve, then just terminated. It's just that there are companies that require employees to improve their competence without wanting to conduct training, or immediately dismiss employees who do not comply with existing competency standards.
