How would you rate your customers?

If I want to rate my customers and give honest reviews about them, I can say that just a few of them are trustworthy and the majority of them are not.
There are also some of them who like to buy on credit but I’m trying to make it minimal.
If I’m to rate them, I’d give them 65%
