As a staff member myself at Bizdustry, I can assure you all that it is worth posting on Bizdustry if you have an interest in the forum and the topics being discussed.
The decision to stop paying everyone on Bizdustry when it was made was because too many people were either posting low-quality replies just to get the incentive or we using AI-generated content to get the incentive which in the end, hurts Bizdustry, prevents them from getting solid sponsors and can also hurt their monetization as well. Once they lose sponsors and monetization, they have no way to pay anyone and everyone loses out.
All staff members on Bizdustry are actively watching and looking for those who provide posts that are on topic, good quality and show that they have an interest in the forum and not just the incentive. When we see someone who we feel fits all those, we choose to put them forward for the valued contributor's group in which you can cash out your earnings. This works out well as it ensures that the site gets good-quality content, and keeps sponsors and monetization as well which then allows the site to pay people for their contributions.
Yes, if you are looking for easy work for money, you will not find that at Bizdustry unfortunately but then again, where else would pay you for low-quality work?
Bizdustry is preventing what is happening to many other pay-to-post forums have had to do and that is to stop paying because they were losing money and no longer had the funds.

oh well thank you I might come back and so some quility posting there I haven't posted there for a month or so but I will post some posts today and hoping to earn someday good to know that bizdustry cares about the quility of the forum

I can understand the confusion with the changes and that is understandable 
Yeah bizdustry lets those valuable contributors to earn and if i am not wrong they can withdraw their earnings right? and a VIP member can withdraw their earnings on forum. but i have one question can i withdraw the usd balance on the forum, i have earned them by doing some tasks like watching YouTube video and voting on the Halloween contest and following the face book page of the forum.

You cannot withdraw your money on Biz if you are not a valued member. I am a VIP member but I was told, I cannot withdraw my money. It is useless to proceed there. I have many posts but was not considered a valuable contributor.
what? you can't withdraw even if you are a vip member, that is rude, i have read that if you are vip member the withdrawal option will be allowed, but if they don't pay that is not good, i have earned some usd and i can't withdraw it and contact with the admin and didn't responds to me.

That's their policy and we can't fight the site owner. If not of someone asking my help to withdraw his Biz notes, I may be blind to know that I can't withdraw my earnings despite being a VIP member.
Sorry when did bizdustry stop their paid to post program?the only thing which I have knowledge about is that they stop their biznote trade service

I am also inactive on Biz after I learned that we cannot withdraw our earnings unless you were an active member in the past. I am a VIP member there but I was told I can not withdraw, so what is the use of coming?
They didn't directly stop their paid to post program but majority of the members there will not be able to withdraw their earnings and in my opinion, it's kind of the same thing as stopping their paid to post program.
