If your teammate cannot finish his or her task, would you take the matter into your own hands?
We are all aware of the necessity for teamwork among coworkers. What if one of your coworkers is not carrying out their responsibility? Personally, I'll do my best to assist him or her in completing the task at hand.
That depends, if I know my team mate has tried his/her best but still has difficulty completing his/her task, I'll lend a helping hand to assist him/her to do the job. If it is due to laziness, I'll talk to him/her about the problem.
I would help such a person because I understand that our strength and capabilities are different. There are tasks he might finish before me and also I require his help.
If its a situation where my teammate not being able to finish their task on time would affect the team in general and i have the chance to help out, then yes i would help out the best i can.
It is what I have always done and also benefited from. For the sake of the team, it is better that we come together and finish up the task regardless of who is not done.
