Hiring our family members in our company or in our business will be a good thing and it will help us in many aspects like we can trust them in many things and we can relay on them without any doubt, and we can let them have some managerial spots to lead other workers and they also replace our place and work like us without any problems, but there are some problems with hiring our family member on our business and some of that is we can't let go them if they maid a mistake because they are our family member, and some personal fight will have some influence on the work area and some times it is very hard to order them like other workers.

This have both good and bad sides . it's good as they can help w lead other workers, help grow the business and work with us without any problems, but we shouldn't let go on somethings because they are our family members.

Hiring family member in our business is very good but it's depends on the family member which you hired some of them may not be good enough becauss they may touch your capital be knowing that you won't be rude on them

Hiring a family member depends on your mission statement, rules and regulations and company policies, and if it is not part, a family member must not be hired but if it is part , a family member is free to get hired according to his or her qualifications.

Some companies restrict employees to hire any relative in same company. While mostly has no restrictions like this. But overall impact not remain good as other workers usually says as this man is giving extra favour to his relative

You are right, we can be rude to them and we can ban them from the work and they know that so they will act like something's and that will have some bad thing on the business.

Itvis generally advised that people should not hire their family members to work for them. I can't do that. It usually doesn't end well. People generally would feel cool if they are punished by a stranger than when it is their family member that punishes them.

Family members are highly entitled and you won't grow as a business with entitled staff.

It's very unethical to hire a family member but there are companies doing this to help their siblings but they are not free to do laziness. Others feel awkward when there's a family member installed in their area of work. They will be extra careful 😁.

True its very hard to punish own family and that will lead to argument and bad things will happen, some times our family members know that we can't talk to them like ordinary workers so they sometimes act wrong.

Hiring family members in your company is okay as long as you will remain professional and not too lenient on your family members. Professionalism must prevail in business and they should know that from the time they start working for you. They need to know that they will he treated just like any other worker and are subject to being fired for mistakes that you won't withstand.

My neighbor is working with her aunt. She always complains to her mom how her aunt is wicked. That's all because she wants to be given preferential treatment at the workplace. She complains when she is made to go through rules that everyone else in the company goes through.

One funny thing which you need to know is that if you hire your family member to work for you then he must be God fearing if that fear is not in him it's better you get an outside person because he is going to mess up with your funds

True but it also depends. I have seen some family business that actually does well, but where problem tends to come up is when it comes to who gets to be in charge later on. Or like you said when there is a clash in their personal interest. But there have also be some little cases where the family business has been able to grow without any issue. So in most cases it also depends on the kind of family you are coming from

True being professional is mandatory when we hire our family members to our business or work areas, if we don't keep it professional then we get some problem and we can work properly together.

I am not against hiring family members. However, just like other employees the family member also need to possess necessary skills and experience to do the job. What actually matters is the ability to do the job
