Importance of using division of labour for your business

It depends on the size of the company. If the company is big, it needs more people to work on different positions. That will make work easier and faster. Whereas, small companies need to cut cost on training, operations and logistics. A training specialist can be the QA analyst. Or the logistics guy can be the head of the maintenance team.
That is possible if the company is big. Most employer or owner of a small business hires 1 or two people to work for his shop. And yes, it is kind of exhausting to the employee doing all the stuff done by two or more people supposedly.

Yeah division of labor will lead to specialization as workers will work better
That's right and also give you quality products, since that's the only thing they deal with each day, it would lead to improvements in their skills.

Improvement in skills is sure with division of labour as the workers will specialised in different skills.
And promotion is faster when there is a division of labor/task. Because they can focus on one specialization.

Yeah that's seems the whole idea people will specialize on a job and be more productive.
That is true. But the other concern is that of small company. Usually they only hire few people to fill in positions and the next thing they are in charge in other task aside from the ones advertised.

Yes I noticed this too, and the job becomes overwhelming for them. no division of labour at all. too bad.
That is exactly right. Hope these people will have the chance to be trained properly and have the correct career path.
Some would love to jump in and want a jumpstart as soon as possible without wanting to go to the training process.
It is important because it goes a long way in reducing stress and making sure employees are relaxed while working.
