It depends on the kind of business the business owner is into. If being an aggressive speaker is what is good for the business then that's what he should do.

I think it depends on the situation. They cannot be passive all the time, especially if the concern is about making the business successful. There are times that workers will abuse the kindness of the management if they tend to be lax.

According to me the business owner should be very courtesy. This is through the fact for talking very gently to their customers and ensure the satisfaction for them.
