Peace, especially peace of mind, is hard to come by these days. I want to achieve it, but I am an over-thinker, and I tend to worry a lot.

Having peace means there is stability in most of the areas and sphere of ones life,it is not all tat easy but you must aspire to score in almost all the areas of ones life.That balance is very important to start climbing the ladder of self actualization.
