Did you not know what Staking was? is a way to generate passive income in the crypto ecosystem by freezing your assets for a while and receiving fractions of this cryptocurrency, almost all coins that are Proof of stake support such functionality, like the mentioned above

I do not participate in staking. Most times, staking is not worth it of you are not holding a large amount of the coin. If you are also not a long term holder but a trader, staking isn't for you.
